Responsibilities

1. Reviewing & Monitoring clients' transactions.

2. Preparing Regulatory Report for Bank Indonesia & PPATK.

3. Working closely with onboarding teams to onboard new clients.

4. Processing of the incoming/outgoing payment ad the name check alert (i.e., sanctions, PEP)

5. Assist Senior Compliance Specialist in formulating and implementing AML monitoring policies to comply with the applicable business model and related monitoring requirements;

6. Monitor legislation, regulatory circulations and law enforcement actions from regulators and work with the Senior Compliance Specialist to ensure that any updates are implemented in accordance with internal policies and procedures when needed;

7. Perform periodic checks on the updated regulatory reporting calendar in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;

9. Perform regular sample checks on matters related to Know Your Customer (KYC) (such as onboarding, transactions monitoring

10. Conduct reviews and approve marketing materials for compliance;

11. Conduct product inspections from a legal and compliance perspective;

12. Perform other duties related to Compliance function.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor Degree

2. At least 2 - 3 years relevant professional experience as a Transaction Monitoring Analyst, Compliance Specialist, or AML Specialist

3. English is a Must

4. Manage multiple priorities, work efficiently and collaboratively under pressure within a growing team and consistently meet tight deadlines.

5. Superior interpersonal skills, team-oriented attitude, and strong attention to detail.

6. Demonstrate an ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.

7. Able to manage confidential information professionally.

8. Technology-savvy skills proficient in all Google and Microsoft applications.

9. High level verbal and written communicator with strong research and writing skills.

10.Able to communicate with English

11.Has Experience in Financial Institution (Banking, Payment, Remittent, Insurance, etc)
