11.Has Experience in Financial Institution (Banking, Payment, Remittent, Insurance, etc)

Bachelor’s Degree with min 10 years of transaction banking experience

Sound knowledge of financial products and solutions

Knowledge of tax and regulatory environments

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and local language

Strong presentation, consultative and relationship skills

Speaker series with senior management across all lines of business

Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Comfortable with change and adjust to changing demands and requirements
