Job Responsibilities

Request for a talented Payment Channel Integration Software Engineer to join Razer Gold Engineering team and support our expanding payment channels in Indonesia. The engineer will be responsible for streamlining communications with local partners and aligning our development and support efforts with the same time zone. This role will require a deep understanding of payment channels and related technologies, as well as the ability to work closely with local partners and stakeholders.

• Assisting external partners with systems integrations in various system environments.
• Handle service disruptions communication with internal team and external partners
• Responsible for activities involved in the analysis, design, development, troubleshooting, debugging and maintenance of enterprise, high-volume, transactional systems.
• Monitor service performance, analyse application logs and optimize code for security, efficiency and performance.
• Responsible for project branch maintenance and builds.
• Build prototypes at tech scoping stage of projects.
• Work with other engineers to develop effort estimates and plan implementation of products, based on requirement documents. Participate in and help lead design and code reviews.
• Focus on the back-end integrations with various merchants, payment channels, as well as fraud detection vendors
• Analyse and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources.
• Develop and maintain various web consoles and cron jobs applications
• Design and develop new API endpoints for both internal and external consumption
• Capable of working proficiently at both strategic and tactical aspects of a project. Ability to code complex programs and derive logical processes.
• Engage local product stakeholders in discussions to align features with business requirements at every milestone.
• Responsible for translating the local client's business requirements into specific system, application, or process designs.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues in timely manner base on severities
• Create technical specifications and test guidance.

Pre-Requisites

• Stays abreast of current technology, new technological advances, and local payment industry standards and trends.
• Able to work with minimum supervision as well as able to contribute to team development.
• Experienced with architecture styles/Web APIs (RESTful and SOAP)
• Strong understanding of OO concept, SQL, Web services, AJAX, MVC.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Bitbucket
• Experienced with MongoDB, MySQL, MSSQL and ORMs
• Significant knowledge across multiple platforms, processes, or architectures, as well as broad knowledge of new technologies, and will include directing the design efforts of less experienced architects.
• Strong knowledge and skill in AWS services (ECS, Fargate, Lambda, SQS, RDS, ElastiCache, SES, etc)
• Full stack developer with strong background on development with Visual Studio.NET in C#, Node.js, Express.js, and frontend development with JavaScript frameworks, Vue.js, Bootstrap, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and React.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience of related field.
• Familiarity and experienced with .NET Framework, .NET Core (ASP.NET Core MVC) and Entity Framework Core/Linq
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Excellent debugging and optimisation skills
• Passionate for software development, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and exceptional communicator and comfortable in presenting to both business and technical executives in both English and Indonesian.
