👑 Job Role
- Stay updated with system information, changes, and releases
- Follow standard processes and procedures
- Evaluate issues and escalate to relevant team(s) or department(s) if needed
- Proactively interacts with regional teams/stakeholders to understand concerns
- Interact with end users to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
- Collaborate with other teams (Engineer, QA, Inventory, Product, and BD) to resolve issues
- Gather information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
- Works with the relevant team to resolve or automate frequent concerns
- Tracks each issue to closure and monitors / collates the frequently occurring issues
⛩️ Requirements
- Good aptitude
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good in writing complex SQL queries
- SQL/ Oracle/ Mongo certified (optional)
- Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment
- Desired Prior working experience in technical support or related functions
- Any other programming/scripting language like Java, Net, Postman, Javascript
- Generic Competencies:
- Primary Skill - SQL, Mongo, and Oracle
- Effective listening and client-facing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal communication)
- Understanding of SDLC
- Basic knowledge of a programming language/scripting language
