Senior Retail Merchandising Manager

:

● Understand the needs, and maintain relationships with customers and other partners. Extend support, information & guidance to help the customers and other partners.

● Define, plan, lead the team, and execute the roadmap to drive growth for customers

● Collaborate with internal, external, and any relevant parties; also pop initiatives of improvement that contribute to Dilayani Tokopedia’s and customer’s business objectives.

● Accountable to for overall P&L on each and every customer’s level, also on overall business team level

● Create/enable an innovation area, to manage and develop new ideas to support the growing business

Minimum Qualifications :

● Having minimum 8-10 years experiences

● Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation skill & business sense

● Demonstrated ability to lead, communicate and influence at all organizational levels and across all functions.

● Detail-oriented team player with good planning and problem-solving skills who is willing to go the extra miles

● Sense of urgency for incident resolutions

● Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction, agile and responsive when given out projects

● Have good understanding of e-commerce working pace

● Meticulous and detailed when given work
