Job Description

PT PADMA RAHARJA SENTOSA


Headquartered on Jl Boulevard Bintaro Jaya, is engaged in outsourcing services that already have official permission from related parties so that it is safe, legal and reliable.


Strengthened by 2 branches in the East Java region, namely Surabaya and West Java, namely Bandung and 4 Sales Centers in Yogyakarta, Kebumen, Tegal and Semarang which are supported by Human Resources (HR) will now develop to produce reliable outsourcing.


Position: Senior RM Mortgage/KPR


Job description:

  • Processing the acquisition of targeted new debtors (mortgage) by building the partnership with Developers, brokers and branches.
  • Providing excellent service to debtors/prospective debtors without ignoring policies, instructions, procedures have been established by the Bank.
  • Ensure the loan (mortgage) process in line with the policy and regulations.


Minimum Qualification:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Have a basic knowledge of the banking lending and mortgage.
  • S1 any major
  • Confident and tenacious in getting prospective debtors and doing cross selling
  • Minimum 1 year experience as mortgage sales.
  • Good selling skills and strong network, especially in mortgages
