Job Description
  • Plan, monitor and evaluate a project when it's active and after completion to assess how well it meets its objectives
  • Supporting senior team members with administrative functions
  • Overseeing projects and helping to mitigate issues and challenges
  • Liase a vendor for internal process requirement.
  • Coordinating project activities beetween team members.
  • Handling on several projects at the same time
  • Ensuring the successful delivery of the project on time and within budget
  • Creating draft contracts, quotation, timesheets and reports.
  • Updating and maintaining project records and documentation
  • Creating budget and expenditure data
Minimum Qualifications
  • A collaborative person with fun attitude
  • Proficient in using Trello, Asana, JIRA
  • Fluent in English (written & verbal) with good communication skill
  • An effective collaborator and good at managing priority.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in the same position from digital agency / online media
  • Bachelor’s degree from any major
  • Enthusiast in digital trends and digital behaviour.
