Senior Payroll & Tax Consultant

Conduct end to end Tax & HR support for clients, such as but not limited to:

• Administer payroll and compensation & benefits for clients' employees
• Provide consultation HR-related topics such as employee benefits and policies
• Maintain the clients' and clients' employee files and record
• Maintain the whole cycle of taxes of client (WHT article 21 for payroll/individual, unified WHT (article 23, 4 (2), 26, etc.), and VAT)
• Conduct employee onboarding for employee of record (third-party/outsourcing employees)
• Prepare all the documents for annual income tax returns

Reporting

• In special cases will be assigned to proceed EFIN, VAT Claim, Audit assistance, etc.)
• Regular reporting to the clients and direct supervisor on the ongoing projects
• Tax reporting

Team leadership

• Delegate tasks to subordinates and ensure they are delivered accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate the job with internal departments (e.g. finance, internal HR, account executive, etc.), vendors, and clients.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience and hands-on in taxation and HR administration (payroll and compensation & benefits)
• Ready for hybrid working arrangement (mostly working from office)
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service oriented
• Detailed and well-organized person, passionate in administration
• Good understanding in HR policies, including the usage of relevant tools (e.g. HRIS/Talenta)
• Experience in Employee of Record (EOR), outsourcing company, tax consultant or HR payroll consultant will be an advantage
• Good understanding in tax policies (e.g. submission, returns, compliance & policies), including the usage or relevant tools (e.g. reporting to Dirjen Pajak, usage of eSPT, usage of taxation tools, etc.). Having Brevet A & B certification will be a major advantage.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business Management, Administration or equivalent
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
