Senior Manager, Brand Strategist

This person will be the main guardian, have a crucial role to shape our branding and communication strategy and eventually achieve top of mind in vegan, clean, and sustainable beauty brands in Indonesia through many of brand activations and successful product launches.

Responsibilities

- Brainstorm ideas to meet sales and marketing objectives, execute plans and report on campaign results.

- Ensure the coordination of the growth team, product team, operation, customer service, and other related internal and external parties for product launch campaigns.

- Define, manage, and overseeing all the brand communication strategy and output across all customer touch points

- Manage brand marketing budget, media buying and work closely with third party agencies to run campaigns and advertising across all customer touch points

- Develop campaign timeline and set up an effective processes within the brand team

- Stay current on market trends, competitive, and customer insights analysis

- Develop brand & marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives

- Responsible to manage brand ambassadors, brand partnership and sponsorships

Qualifications

- A passionate advocate for inclusivity in beauty and wellness

- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field with 3-4 years experience in brand and digital marketing/advertising industry with understanding of full marketing mix

- Have analytical mind, understand creative thinking process and result-oriented

- Excellent communicator and team player, work well in cross-functional environments.

- Has project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques

- Good presentation and communication skills
