Brand Marketing Strategist Jobs

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Strategist to help us build our brand and raise brand awareness. You’ll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world.

Responsibilities

• Find, create, and manage good content promotion on social media.
• Analyze and identify the best content promotion trend to give further key recommendations in order to discover other ways of reaching customers and drive sales traffic.
• Define, create, and manage marketing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion using multiple channels.
• Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns, working closely with product development and business development team.
• Collaborating with KOLs starts from defining the best content promotion trend, and content angle, creating & present the brief, and reviewing their performance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Able to do WFO at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
• Up to date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
• Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
• Proven min. 2 years of working experience in Brand Marketing, KOL Specialist, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
• Experience handling beauty brand promotion on social media is a BIG PLUS.
• Have a good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, or Affiliates.
• Outstanding communication skills.
