Job Description

. Take a lead and Act for all activities and responsibilities for HR aspect at site mining area.

·Provide and support in giving suggestion to HR Group Dept. Head in head office to create good working culture at site.

·Responsible to organize, planning and manage massive recruitment at site mining to ensure the fulfillment of the manpower needs of the mine site operation and able to combine local and non-local source within the recruitment process based on requirement and skill needed.

·Manage the HR data and ensure that employee data is accurate and up-to-date including the accuracy of raw data for payroll every month.

·Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure that the company has a pipeline of talent to fill key roles.

·Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for site mining area that align with the company's culture and values.

·Monitor HR trends and best practices and make recommendations to HR group Dept. Head and or Senior Management on how to improve the company's HR practices at site.

·Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that HR is seen as a strategic partner to the business.

·Manage HR audits and compliance reviews to ensure that the company is in compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

·Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies that promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.

·Oversee the development, organizing and implementation of training programs for employees at site mining area, including health and safety training, technical skills training, and leadership development.

§Couching and counseling to employee to keep-up employee motivation and to avoid and resolve all employment issues potential to de-motivation of employee.

§Bridge between management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

§Responsible to prepare monthly budget for employment, such as recruitment cost, ticketing, etc.


Requirement:

• At least 7+ years of HR supervisory experience in a complex mining industry/company, with a demonstrated track record of success.

• Experience developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that align with business objectives.

• Experience managing talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits (payroll), employee relations, and compliance programs is preferred.

• Experience managing budgets and expenses related to HR functions.

• Experience working with senior management and department heads to develop and execute HR programs and initiatives.

• Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

• Strong personal character such as firm, mature, independence, persuasive, aspirative, and target oriented.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to resolve complex employee relations issues.

• Proficiency with HR technology and systems, including HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems.
