To transform millions, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Executive to join our team to drive growth for our training solutions and build strong relationships with Industry and Government. More specifically you will:
- Collaborate with other teams such as finance and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Prospect, qualify, and generate leads through various channels such as email, social media, and networking events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their business and providing them with excellent customer service.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training and development.
- Continuously research and understanding the latest industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
- Identify customer's needs, understanding their business objectives, and providing them with the right solutions to meet their requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system
- Educate customers about acquiring the right training program by explaining the training programs and ensuring the program they choose meets their specific needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales with proven target achievement. Preferably in the corporate training industry or IT services
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information system, or a related field from reputable university (Binus/UPH/PrasMul/Unair/UI)
- Tech savvy, always up-to-date with latest trends in IT and data
- Data-driven, able to research, track and output effective initiatives based on data analysis and insights
- Knowledge of licensing agreements and copyright laws is preferred.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills in both English and Bahasa
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Growth mindset, Results-driven with focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
