BCG Procurement Practice supports clients across industries and geographies on issues related to category strategies, implementation of value delivery programs, operating model and process redesign, risk and resilience, climate and decarbonization of supply chains, and digital procurement. We advise the largest and most ambitious organizations on their journey of building world-class procurement organization.

We are looking for people in our BCG Procurement Practice across all SEA offices, but the project assignments will be across the whole Asia Pacific and globally.

What You'll Do

BCG Procurement Practice supports clients across industries and geographies on issues related to category strategies, implementation of value delivery programs, operating model and process redesign, risk and resilience, climate and decarbonization of supply chains, and digital procurement. We advise the largest and most ambitious organizations on their journey of building world-class procurement organization.

Qualifications

• Previous category management and procurement experience in a industry is a strong plus
• Advanced quantitative analysis
• Delivering solutions and results presented to client at managerial level.
• Experience in multinational work environment is a plus
• An MBA is desirable but not essential
• Work experience in advisory, consulting firms or excellent industry backgrounds would be considered
• Strong academics from a top-tier institution
• Professional certificate i.e., CIPS and ISM is a plus
