Sales Supervisor Bandung Jobs

:

• Responsible for achieving the target area who have been set by direct superior
• Manage distributors to carry out their duties and responsibilities so as to be able to achieve the budget given by superiors
• Managing and developing a team of staff ( SPR, SPO, and Distributors Salesmen) with both soft skills and hard skills
• Ensuring the distribution of products in the area can be well distributed and establish regular and potential outlet relationships as well as develop business growth, especially in the Star Outlet / Ambassador outlet on an ongoing basis (vertical or horizontal growth)
• Ensuring that the sub-ordinate (SPR, SPO) makes and runs the itinerary and activity plan in accordance with what has been determined
• Ensure all activities planned by the direct superior can run in accordance with the objectives or targets that have been set

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from any major and reputable university.
• Preferably has experience in the building material industry in the retail and project segment
• A good attitude is a must
• Required language(s): English & Bahasa
• Preferably live in the local area Bandung.
