Bekerja sama dengan area sales manager untuk memantau progress pekerjaan tim field sales di lapangan.

Mengeksplor area teritori dan memimpin tim field sales di area yang diberikan.

Menjaga koordinasi dan membangun kerja sama tim yang solid. Memenuhi target yang diberikan oleh perusahaan.

Pendidikan terakhir minimal D3 dari semua jurusan.

Memiliki pengalaman di bidang sales minimal 3 tahun.

Memiliki pengalaman sebagai team leader sales minimal 1 tahun.

Memberikan pelayanan sport fisioterapi rawat jalan dan rawat inap sesuai prosedur yang ada.

Melakukan proses fisioterapi terhadap pasien sesuai kewenangan yang dimiliki.

Memberikan penjelasan tentang rencana dan tindak lanjut pengobatan fisioterapi terhadap pasien.

Mempersiapkan ruang kerja, peralatan dan obat-obatan untuk kelancaran pelayanan terhadap pasien.

Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai Sport Fisioterapi di rumah sakit

Telah mengikuti pelatihan atau training di bidang Sport Fisioterapi

•Min. 15 years’ experience in oil & gas industry, especially in commercialization of gas discoveries.

•Experience in negotiating Production Share Contracts both Cost Recovery and Gross Split.

•Experience in negotiating PSC Contract Amendments due to Government policy changes.

•Experience in using MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

•Degree in Economics, Business, Law or Petroleum Engineering.

•Plan of Development and gas sales contract negotiation.

Manage distributors to carry out their duties and responsibilities so as to be able to achieve the budget given by superiors

Managing and developing a team of staff ( SPR, SPO, and Distributors Salesmen) with both soft skills and hard skills

Preferably has experience in the building material industry in the retail and project segment

Responsible for achieving the target area who have been set by direct superior

Ensure all activities planned by the direct superior can run in accordance with the objectives or targets that have been set

Ensuring that the sub-ordinate (SPR, SPO) makes and runs the itinerary and activity plan in accordance with what has been determined

Bachelor of Medicine Profession + Master of Management / Master of Hospital Administration.

Experience min 5 years in medical services, min. 3 years at the managerial level.

Prepare a plan for manpower requirements, both in terms of quantity and quality of competency

Prepare work programs, annual budgets, and capital expenditures / capex in sales, public relations & customer relations, and front office.

Analyze competitor profiles, compare products and hospital sales prices with competitors

Create and market superior hospital service products to third parties and the community
