We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Sales Supervisor to join our growing team you will play a key role in driving sales, managing a team, and expanding our market presence within your assigned region

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Economics or a related discipline
• Currently based in Palembang and willingness to be relocated within the assigned region as required
• Have min 2 years of experience in Area Sales Supervisor roles, preferably within the FMCG / food distributor industry
• Experience managing food distributor, general trade and driving sales team within the assigned region.

Job Role:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives. Also provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth areas through research and analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on sales activities and market insights.
• Develop and execute strategic selling-out plans to achieve sales targer and maximize business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
