Sales Supervisor Bandung (Fmcg)

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Visiting clients and evaluating every need given by the client
• Can identify and evaluate markets
• Achieve targets and lead sales to achieve sales targets set by the company
• Maintain good relationship with clients
• Ensuring team productivity by guiding and training the team
• Negotiation of all contracts with potential clients
• Develop sales strategy

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Have good communication, aggressive, and persuasive
• Targer oriented, Proactive and able to see opportunities, & Have good time management
• Minimum 2 years experience as a sales team supervisor or 5 years as a salesman at an FMCG Distributor with a good track record that can be accounted for
• Mastering the sales area
• Minimum S1 equivalent education
