The Sales Representative (Aesthetic Product) will be responsible for promoting and selling aesthetic products to healthcare professionals, such as dermatologists, beauty/aesthetic doctors, and beauty clinics. The Sales Representative, acts as a liaison between Blue Circle Indonesia and the healthcare providers, educating them about the features and benefits of our products.
Success in this position entails building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, achieving sales targets, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our aesthetic product portfolio. The representative must stay updated on the latest industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information and support to potential clients.
In the organization, the role of a sales representative in aesthetic medicine is crucial for driving revenue and market expansion. They play a pivotal role in increasing product adoption, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction. The sales representative ensures effective product positioning and feedback loop, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Responsibilities:
• Presenting Aesthetic products professionally at exhibitions and Aesthetic Clinics
• Demonstrate product strength over competitors' products
• Growing the brand awareness on the Indonesian market
• Meet or exceed sales quotas
• Presenting aesthetic products to customers
• Coordinating product trainings for new prospective doctors
• Follow up after sale with the doctors and maintain good relationships with existing customers
• Updating doctors on new products in the portfolio
• Establish relationship with new doctors or clinic owners
• Recruit doctors to take part in webinars, workshops and seminars
Qualifications:
• Diploma, bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in selling aesthetic or cosmetic products
• Able to work individually
• Able to work under pressure and with sales targets
• Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills
• Honest personality and neat appearance
• Able to communicate well
• Have a valid driving license and own vehicle
Location: Surabaya, Medan, Bali, Makassar, Bandung, Palembang
