Sales Marketing Manager Jobs

Wzard is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Sales Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire leads and convert them into customers primarily through tele-sales. This is a B2C-focused role that requires a strong background in sales and marketing, along with demonstrated success in lead generation and customer conversion.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to acquire leads and drive customer conversion through tele-sales channels.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics, customer needs, and competition.
3. Create and manage effective lead generation campaigns across various channels, including online advertising, social media, email marketing, and other relevant platforms.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
5. Plan and execute tele-sales activities, including outbound calls, cold calling, and follow-up calls to prospective customers.
6. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by proactively identifying and engaging with potential customers.
7. Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and benefits of our products/services.
8. Nurture relationships with leads and prospects through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
9. Track and analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging tele-sales techniques to continuously optimize strategies and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on B2C tele-sales.
3. Proven track record of successfully planning and executing sales and marketing strategies to acquire leads and convert them into customers.
4. Strong understanding of customer acquisition, lead generation, and sales funnel management.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers.
6. Demonstrated ability to deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
7. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
9. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Previous experience in Education Tech (Edutech) is highly desirable.
