Working in a family-oriented work environment, your role as Sales Marketing Executive will have below Responsibilities:

Assist Sales Marketing Director:

• In maintaining good marketplace sales strategies
• In contributing to the development of sales & marketing strategies
• In executing sales & marketing plans for retail and B2B business
• In collaborating with third parties for brand exposures and awareness
• In acquiring resale shop partners (consignment) and maintaining business relationships

Qualifications:

• Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques
• Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive
• Ability to work well under pressure
• High-level communication and networking skills
• Interest in aromatherapy wellness, beauty, organic and sustainable business industry
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• A passion for Sales

Need to know:

• Required attendance if there are weekend events
• Office location is in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat
• Office hours 8am to 5pm (when working on site)
