Responsibilities

• Responsible for completion of end-to-end sales procedures including preparation of offer, presentation to clients, pitching process and proper documentation for new customers.
• Developing & executing sales plan executing a sales plan to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Upselling additional services as appropriate.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Managing the sales pipeline and sales forecasting to ensure accurate reporting and target attainment.
• Onboarding new customers and ensuring their success with products through outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, pitching process and digital marketing outreach.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledgeable in digital marketing
• Demonstrates a sales mentality with a consultative approach (client’s advisor)
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a sales, marketing, client services or business development role especially in design, IT and digital services industry will be an advantage.
• Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communication, or Communication, or Marketing, or Sales Management or other majors with relevant knowledge.
• Fluent in English both oral and written
