Sales Lead- Bali (Water Treatment Company)

One of our clients is looking for a Sales Lead for their Bali team with the details below:

Job Responsibilities:

• (In the process of establishing a team) Mentoring and Coaching: Assist in training less experienced team members, providing sales tips and advice, and helping them overcome any challenges they may face.
• (In the process of establishing a team) Team Management: Supervise a small sales team or a segment of the larger sales force within the Bali area, setting daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensuring they are met.
• Client Relationships: Maintain relationships with key clients by providing service information, addressing concerns, and identifying new sales opportunities, with a special focus on understanding the specific needs and characteristics of the Bali market.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the team's sales performance against targets and provide feedback or suggest corrective actions.
• Communication: Act as a bridge between the sales team and the Sales Manager, relaying information in both directions, ensuring both sides are aligned on objectives and strategies.
• Sales Execution: Lead by example by conducting sales presentations, engaging with potential customers, and closing deals. The focus will be particularly on expanding the company's presence in the Bali area.
• Field Work: Regularly visit retailers, trade fairs, or customer homes in the Bali area to demonstrate products, answer questions, or troubleshoot problems.

Though no prior experience in the water business is necessary, a Sales Lead will be expected to develop a deep understanding of the product line, including how water purifiers work and the unique selling points of each model. They should also gain an understanding of the specific needs and preferences of customers in the Bali area. Training and resources will be provided to facilitate this learning.

Job Requirements:

• Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
• Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Experience in sales is necessary.
• A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be advantageous.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
