Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Bali Area. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as nurturing existing relationships. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, online research, and referrals.
  2. Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customers' business requirements and pain points, and present appropriate product/service solutions.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to reach and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
  5. Present product demonstrations and conduct persuasive sales presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of our offerings.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop effective sales techniques, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
  7. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the customer.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings in the market.
  10. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the sales manager.


Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B or consultative selling environment.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and confidently present ideas.
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure profitable deals.
  4. Ability to effectively manage and prioritize leads, prospects, and opportunities to maximize sales conversion rates.
  5. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as contribute to a team.
  6. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
  8. Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
  9. Ability to adapt and learn quickly, with a passion for continuous professional development.
  10. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
