Job Description

Qualification :

  • Have interpersonal skills (public speaking, innovative, creative, and active).
  • Able to promote a product well.

  • Can work under pressure.
  • Knowing about sneakers and fashion (preferably).
  • Experience in retail min. 1 years.
  • Target orientation.
  • Fluent in english (preferred).
  • Ready to work with a shifting system.


Job Desc :

  • Sales Reporting.
  • Assisting with various store operations is part of your role. This can include opening and closing procedures, monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, and reporting any maintenance or security issues to the appropriate personnel. You may also be involved in receiving and unpacking shipments.
  • Collaborating with your colleagues and supervisors is crucial for the smooth functioning of the store. You will communicate effectively with team members, provide updates on customer needs or issues, and assist with tasks as needed.
  • Assist the sales team by preparing sales documents. This may include gathering product information, creating sales reports, and maintaining customer databases or sales records. You may also assist with order processing and inventory management.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, You will greet customers, assist them in finding products, answer their inquiries, and provide recommendations based on their needs. Your goal is to create a positive shopping experience and build customer loyalty.
  • Administrative tasks such as maintaining sales files, updating customer information, and managing sales documentation.
  • Assist the sales team in meeting sales targets. This includes actively promoting products or special offers, upselling or cross-selling items, and processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently. You may also handle product returns or exchanges.
  • Familiarizing yourself with the store's policies and procedures. This includes understanding the store's return policy, sales promotions, and any specific guidelines related to customer service, pricing, or security. You will adhere to these policies to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to maintaining the appearance and organization of the store. This involves replenishing merchandise on the sales floor, arranging displays, and ensuring that products are properly labeled and priced. You may also participate in inventory management, including stock checks and restocking.
  • Supporting product merchandising, creating eye-catching displays, and ensuring that merchandise is well-stocked and presented in an appealing manner.
  • Developing a good understanding of the company's products and answer questions about the features, benefits, and pricing of various products, and provide recommendations to customers based on their requirements.
