Sealed’s founders were previously from Grab and Wavemaker Partners (one of Southeast Asia’s largest B2B early-stage venture capital funds). The company’s investors include Far East Ventures (VC arm of Far East Organization), former DBS Chairman Koh Boon Hwee, and PropertyGuru co-founder Steve Melhuish amongst other institutional and angel investors.

You will support the Executive business function and work with the Executive Team to:

• Prepare agendas, distribute materials, and take accurate minutes throughout meeting engagements
• Arrange overseas travel logistics, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation arrangements
• Coordinate and organize executive-level meetings, conferences, and events, both on-site and off-site in Singapore
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the executives
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal teams, external partners, and clients
• Support the executives in managing and nurturing client relationships
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communication

Position Requirements:

At Sealed, we place an individual’s character and culture fit above competency. We are looking out for candidates who possess the following traits:

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree holder preferably with 2-3 years of work experience as a Team Assistant or similar administrative role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
• The ability to speak, read and write English is a must
• Proficient in using productivity tools and software, including Google Workspace
• High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
