Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant is responsible for providing customer service, communicating with clients, making sales, and maintaining organization within the sales department. The Sales Assistant will be located in Mangga Dua Selatan and report to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a good relationship with customer
• Processing customer orders correctly and properly.
• Supporting the sales team in processing customer purchase orders.
• Analyzing product availability and creating restocking requests.
• Engaged in learning about new products and market trends.
• Serving and receiving orders from customers in a friendly, kind, fast, and informative manner.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work effectively in a team
• Excellent Communication skills
