Job Description

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a holding food company that conducts health food, coffee, and catering business. Which are established in 1973 and one of the big players of seasonings (MSG) and Food Ingredient (flour) in Indonesia.


:

  • Conduct regular sales performance evaluations, analysing sales data, and implementing corrective actions to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Identify new market opportunities, trends, and customer demands to drive product development and enhance competitive advantage.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and events to build brand awareness, expand networks, and stay updated on market developments.
  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and R&D, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify risks and opportunities, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance and productivity.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the food ingredients industry, including market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and the ability to analyze sales data and financial reports to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
  • The results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the food ingredients manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
