1. Maintains the safety issues in Star Energy Geothermal (SEG) operations in each geothermal fields in order to achieve the zero-accident report and comply to SHE and company regulations.
2. Assists the development of SHE plan/SHE Management System for SEG Power Station including facilitate hazard identification and risk analysis process planning for project development.
3. Performs and monitors the SOP, Safety Procedures, and Safe Working Practices in daily activities.
4. Assists the Safety, Health and Environment department with the preparation of Job Safety Analysis and in identifying training requirements for SG Employees and Contractors
5. Assists investigations of fatal and serious work site incidents and reviews its incident reports. Conducts work site inspections, monitors and analyzes the implementation of SHE programs in drilling and workover projects to ensure that safety, health and environmental standards are met and responds to complaints.
6. Produces periodic and other required reports as well as other relevant data and records such as Incident reports, SHE statistical reports, government required reports
7. Performs duties and responsibilities according to safety procedures and regulations to comply with international standard e.g. ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 90001, ISO 50001, and ISO 55000.
8. Responsible, demonstrate and encourage acceptance and implementation of SEGWWL Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, and Energy (SHEQEn) programs and practices

Skill and Competency:

• Technical competencies: Possesses good knowledge to performs a variety of analytical, technical, and administrative work for process safety management.
• Soft/Other competencies: MS Excel, Power Point Presentation, and English proficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven work experience in Safety, Health and Environment or related field with minimal of 5 years’ of experience.
• Requires a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (S1) majoring in Engineering or related field.
• Strong people management skills and communication skills.
• Analytical, problem solving and goal-oriented.
