Enviroment Health & Safety (Ehs) Supervisor (Contract Based)

Currently O-I Glass, Inc. Open for EHS Supervisor role. This role is a contract based (3 month) to supporting engineering projects. This role will collaborate with EHS manager to monitor the implementation of EHS policies and procedures, maintain records and licenses.

Responsibilities:

• To run EHS implementation system, this is including to run work environment test such as emission test, noise test, lighting test, vibration test, water quality test, etc.
• Monitor EHS facilities for regulatory compliance.
• Work with related parties to ensure risk-based management teams have necessary knowledge and materials.
• Implement EHS processes and systems to comply with legal requirements, company standards, and internal document control.
• To coordinate and implement the communication of all areas of risk and EHS expectations throughout the site to ensure a broad awareness of all areas of risk by all employees, contractors and visitors on site. Provide education / training to all personnel as required.

Requirements

A. Qualifications

• Preferably certified ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001
• Must certified AK3U
• Have training certification for Fire Protection and Prevention will be an advantage
• Experience in Risk Management & Loss prevention, Auditing, and Training & Change Management
• At least 3 years’ experience in Safety, Health, and Environmental management in manufacturing
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) (K3) or Environmental Engineering or related fields from a university or Safety License certified by government
• Have a solid, demonstrable working knowledge of local regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate across teams, drive change, and manage multiple priorities effectively
