Health Safety Environment (Hse) - Geothermal Specialist

PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Health Safety Environment (HSE) - Geothermal Specialist with the following details:

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in safety management / Environmental Engineering, or other related major from reputable university with minimum GPA>3.50. Master’s degree is a plus point

2. Minimum 7 years of experience in Geothermal industry is required

3. Must have completed POP certification or license

4. Experienced in preparing HSE reports

Job Desc:

1. Design work plan for the implementation & maintenance of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) and ensure that the SMK3 implementation has been carried out in accordance with the national and international standards and comply with the applicable laws and regulations.

2. Coordinate the preparation of SMK3 documents with related work units.

3. Coordinate actively with KTPB and the management regarding the progress of the K3 program and monitor the achievement of SMK3 implementation targets in each related section.

4. Design an Emergency Response Plan (ERP) for the Cipanas PSPE project.

5. Identify and manage programs to improve the K3 management system and set targets to be achieved.

6. Identify & investigate on problems/violations related to the SMK3 thatmightoccur.

7. Prepare HSE weekly and monthly report as required

8. Identify and investigate all of the HSE risks associated with the project and implement necessary corrective and preventive actions
