Job Description

s:

  • Willing to Travel within Operation/ Construction site in Indonesia
  • Assist project team to prepare Project Readiness
  • Monitor all construction work activity for conformance with HSE requirements
  • Participate in regulatory agency and lenders inspections to ensure compliance with all local, national and lenders requirements
  • Assess risks and job hazard analysis process of identifying hazards and putting controls in every construction stage
  • Conducts all job related HSE engineering and process safety
  • Performing a strong visible commitment in to HSE Management System
  • Involve in the preparation of Project HSE Execution Plan
  • Prepare Weekly, and Monthly HSE Report
  • Conducting evaluation, assessments and HSE audit
  • Prepare and submit statutory and internal reports required by company and/or clients
  • Assist the project team to prepare Project HSE requirements
  • Familiar with HSE statistic, environmental data trend analysis, and green house gas calculation
  • Assist project and operation team for readiness of HSE equipment and its requirement
  • Conducts regular site HSE inspections, reports deficiencies, analyzes inspection and incident data to identify opportunities to develop preventive and corrective practices


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electro, Environmental or related Engineering disciplines
  • Certifications of AK3 Umum or AK3 Migas, ISO (14001 and 45001), SMK3 Auditor, Fire Fighting, Heavy Lifting and Electrical Safety, and other environmental competencies
  • Over 5+ years of HSE experience in EPC Contractor / Power Plant Construction Oil and Gas Plant Construction / Petrochemical Construction
  • Familiar with environmental data sampling and analysis
  • Familiar with codes of ANSI, ASME, NFPA standards and OSHA
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and non-verbal
  • Understand Process Safety, familiar with HSE Engineering, Fire Protection System and Understand HAZID / HAZOP
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with waste management including hazardous and non hazardous waste
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
