Nobel Riggindois an established and credible Rigging Supplier of Wire Rope and Chain Slings, assemblies, and other Rigging Products to the Oil & Gas, offshore, marine, mining, and construction sectors throughout Indonesia. Responsibilities :

• Develop, socialize, implement, and evaluate HS Policy, Objective Target and program (OTP), Standard Operation Procedure, Technical Standard, and other related documentation by policy and statutory regulation.
• Standardize health and safety to remain consistent.
• Practice safe working techniques.
• Identify hazardous waste and dispose of it correctly.
• Ensuring the Use of Safety Tools.
• Maintain compliance with company and government regulations.
• Develop promotive, preventive, and corrective K3 programs to minimize the number of work accidents and work-related diseases.
• Determining, implementing, and evaluating Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS)
• Plan and implement HS Training need and competency program based on Company Risk according to policy and statutory regulation.
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
• Identify potential hazards and analyze the risks of risks in the work environment.
• Prepare document staff information, minutes of meetings, and reports compiled for management.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate the HS Program and Campaign to build the Maturity of HS Culture in the Company.
• Establish a cordial and professional relationship with employees.
• Compile, monitor, and maintain documents related to K3.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to share best practice techniques.

Requirements :

• Strong communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Manufacturing and or rigging industry.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Public Health – Occupational Health and Safety
• Ahli K3 Umum (active) from the Ministry of Manpower, ISO 45001:2018, and understands ISO 14001:2015.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
• Registration as a Health and Safety Officer.
