We seek an aspiring Risk Manager. As the Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that may impact the company's operations and financial performance. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices while fostering a culture of risk awareness and effective risk management throughout the organization.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance risk awareness and promote a risk-conscious culture across the organization.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and controls, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework and policies tailored to the company's operations and industry regulations.
• Lead incident response efforts, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across various business functions, including credit risk, operational risk, market risk, and regulatory compliance.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure compliance and proactive risk management.
• Design and implement risk monitoring, alert, and reporting systems to provide timely and accurate information to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and examinations, ensuring timely and accurate provision of requested information.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans to minimize the company's exposure to identified risks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as senior management, legal, compliance, marketing, business, and finance teams, to ensure alignment of risk management objectives with business objectives.

What You Will Need:

• In-depth knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify, assess, and prioritize risks effectively.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience as a Risk Associate/Supervisor in a fast-paced environment (consulting or tech company or fintech)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and convey complex risk concepts clearly.
• Experienced in handling and developing Fraud Detection System (FDS).
• Ability to develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Familiarity with query using MySQL, and GCP.
• Knowledge of risk monitoring and reporting tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
