Restaurant General Manager Jobs

Our client, a reputable restaurant brand in Europe, is now opening its first restaurant in Bali located in the heart of Ubud. This European cuisine restaurant prides itself on its use of locally sourced ingredients and their own cheese laboratory, where the best soft cheeses in Bali is going to be produced!

As an ideal candidate, you should have a solid background working in the restaurant operations for the last five years, along with experience in managing a high volume restaurant and the team, as well as strong customer relations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience working in an international team and/or in an international brand.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Fully understanding of Restaurants operations and systems, handling complaints, staff development, sales marketing and customer relations.
• Strong F&B Management skill (Opening new outlet, P&L, Costing, Restaurant Operations, Hiring and Training)
• Availability to work weekends and flexible working hours.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and lead in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience joining a pre-opening team is a plus!
• Positive and flexible attitude and able to adapt to change.
• Have minimum 2+ years of experience as Restaurant Manager in the Restaurant & Bar Concept.
• Proficient in English, writing and speaking.
• Max. 45 Years Old.
