Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.

Familiarity with restaurant management software.

Knowledge of business processes and functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations etc.)

Manage financial forecasting and management.

Min 3 – 4 years of related experience in a similar field.

Experience in planning and budgeting.

Strong F&B Management skill (Opening new outlet, P&L, Costing, Restaurant Operations, Hiring and Training)

Have minimum 2+ years of experience as Restaurant Manager in the Restaurant & Bar Concept.

Experience working in an international team and/or in an international brand.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Experience joining a pre-opening team is a plus!
