We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Volunteer Project Manager to join our team.As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing all aspects of the project, ensuring that it meets the set objectives and timelines.

Resposibilities

·Plan, execute, and monitor the entire project lifecycle, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk assessment.

·Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.

·Develop a detailed project plan, including tasks, dependencies, and milestones, and track progress against the plan.

·Coordinate and lead project team meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.

·Assign tasks to team members and ensure they have the necessary resources and support to complete their assignments.

·Monitor project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient utilization and making adjustments as needed.

·Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential problems.

·Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners/vendors.

·Track and report project status, including key metrics, to stakeholders and provide regular project updates.

·Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements

·Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the software development or technology industry.

·Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.

·Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

·Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.

·Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

·Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within agreed timelines.

·Proficiency in project management software and tools.

·PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a plus
