People in the Project Manager are responsible for planning and overseeing in between the Marketing team and the volunteer staff to ensure the projects are completed in a timely fashion and within budget

What you will do:

Project Manager usually work with coordinating with the internal team and external team to ensure the projects are delivered according to the deadline, so they must have good communication skills and resourceful.

They also in charge of leading or executing project/special projects.

Key Responsibilities

Working with our Project Manager team, your volunteer role includes:

• Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
• Oversee operations on a day-to-day basis, and ensure that work is done safely, on time and within budget and to the right quality standards.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.

Education and experience

High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Experience in project management (preferred)

Project Management Certification (PMP) (preferred)

Skills and requirements

• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Attention for details.
• Professional demeanor, excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
• Access to a smartphone (iPhone or Android).
