Project Management Office (Pmo)

Responsibilities

• Research and develop insights and trends in consumer digital behavior
• Have a thorough understanding of the ever-changing competitive landscape and client objectives across digital media platforms.
• Maintain summary and analysis of all digital campaigns and stimulate better digital marketing strategies
• Responsible to manage Business Process Documents (Policy, SOP, Working Instruction & Strategic Document)
• Organization in accordance with the Corporate Strategy and enact the Framework for Strategy Execution & Strategy Monitoring.
• Support the CEO Office team in framing business issues; find and analyze relevant data to solve strategic business problems
• Coordinate the administration of various strategic programs, and serve as the main liaison point between program actors, administrators, and sources of funding.
• Translate the Strategy into Strategy Map, Develop and Align the KPI & StrategicInitiatives.
• Planning, Creating Business Process Documents
• Planning a partnership strategy to suit the company's funding targets
• Manage and coordinate the implementation and administration of strategies, policies, and procedures for developing organizational programs in an integrated manner.

Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional business partners
• Excellent project management skills with ability to lead cross functional teams
• Knowledge and understanding of principles, processes and requirements for strategic planning and development.
• Knowledge and familiarity in the E-commerce industry, online marketing or construction field is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Bachelor; Minimum 3-5 years experience directly related to specified duties and responsibilities.
