Project Controller

Responsibilities:

Bidding phase

• Prepare quotation / proposal

Project initiation

• Create Work Breakdown Structure, Set up project in SAP
• Open accounts

Project planning

• Create Cost baseline, forecast, billing plan and S-Curve

Project execution

• Create and manage Invoices
• Control project expenses, allocate to cost centers
• Create monthly cost (performance) report
• Coordinate Project manpower mobilisation/demobilisation.
• Monitor margin
• Coordinating project commercial
• Update accrual / Cost Estimate at Completion and S-Curve
• Monitor Payments from Customer and to Vendors

Project closure

• Reconsile accounts
• Create Final Cost report

Other

• Update cost centers
• Document control and Project administration
• Create, update, and implement cost control procedures
• Update manhour rates (burden rates and sales rates)

Requirements:

Must have:

• Skilled in excel / spreadsheet
• Good with numbers and calculation
• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask

Preferable:

• Min. 2 years of exposure to project activities
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance
• Min. 2 years of experience in cost control &/ accounting &/ finance
• Experienced in SAP
• Good written reporting skill
