Advanced Manufacturing department from Telemecanique Sensors is hiring an Industrialization PCBA Process Engineer for our Offer creation Project and also for a few other Brand Labelling projects and existing offer maintenance

Your main missions will comprise of:

• You will be the interface between project team and PCBA manufacturer
• You will be responsible of the First past yield and quality level of the PCBA process installed
• Bring in offer creation project the expertise on electronic products industrialization to lead the right technology and architecture choices.
• Manage your CAPEX budget, drive the PO for equipment, and define the right workload
• Work on upstream definition, FMEAs, Specifications.;
• Define the manufacturing process and participate the test strategy definition of electronic PCBA .
• Drive the specification and set up the test equipment would be a bonus.
• Drive the implementation on local or external manufacturing sites (Internal or EMS)
• You are responsible of the upstream cost calculation of the PCBA process
• Participate to transfer and the manufacturing ramp up on plant: training, technical/industrial file transfer and ensure right set up.

Profession domain:

• Work on innovation to improve products and process efficiency
• Ensure technology watch in accordance with current plan of development technology on electronic boards.
• Realize internal and external audits on processes
• Provide your expertise on Design, Quality, Purchasing and others industrialization members on products and projects.

Qualifications

Qualifications -

Electronic/ Electromechanical Engineer

Experience on Industrialization or PCBA process exploitation

Expertise on SMT process and Knowledge of SMT programing, solder past printing, SPI, reflow, AOI, ICT inspection and depanelization and automated router assembly process.

Ability to set up and optimize SMT process parameters

Strong Knowledge on wave soldering is also required

Prérequis-

• If you like being autonomous, taking decisions and actions by yourself on Project with strong Capex and business challenges bringing your strong technical and industrial experience.

Fluent in English is a must have, and Indonesian would be a bonus.
