A little taste of your day-to-day

• Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations and fire codes by regularly reviewing policies and safety procedures. Ensure that any tests and inspections required on the plant by statutory authorities are carried out as and when required and that all records and documentation associated with such tests and surveys are correctly kept and/or displayed. Ensure that the hotel fulfils all compliance requirements.
• Responsible for quality service, meeting/ exceeding financial goals, short and long term planning and day to day operations.
• Review purchase requests and monitor expenses budget to ensure goals are met/exceeded.
• Respond to guest's maintenance needs promptly and ensure guests receive professional, efficient prompt and courteous service to hotel standards.
• Maintain the physical appearance and operational efficiency of the hotel including physical. mechanical, electrical, plumbing etc.
• Direct report to Director of Engineering for the management and supervision of all building related systems and the building envelop to ensure the safety of hotel guests, colleagues and vendors.
• Assist in the administration of the department by preparing and maintaining schedules, logs, records and other documentation to ensure a smooth operation and minimize liabilities.
• Ensure a technically competent maintenance staff by selecting, training and developing a motivated, well-qualified maintenance team. Carry out regular work sampling studies within the department and evaluate the performance and productivity of personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company Engineering Assumptions/Culture, preventative maintenance programs and procedures.

What We Need From You

• At least three years in 5 star international hotels at the same role
• Have advance skill repair maintenance in AC, sound system, electrical control, plumbing and civil
• Able to operate ACAD
• Diploma or bachelor degree or either Mechanical, Electrical, Civil
• Familiar with CAPEX plan according company directions, safety assets protections and sustainable actions
