Assistant Chief Engineer - Ayana Saka Museum

We are looking for an Assistant Chief Engineer who is highly motivated to work with our Engineering team for our AYANA Saka Museum.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement systems to ensure the efficient operation of the physical plant, including the building, grounds, and equipment.
• Foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across the museum.
• Perform regular inspections of the museum's facilities to monitor and address maintenance, repair, and capital improvements needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors and contractors to ensure quality and cost-effective service provisions.
• Monitor the expenses related to the physical plant, including labor and material costs, to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
• Oversee and direct the work of operational and maintenance staff, including engineers, technicians, and other workers.
• Assist in the coordination and supervision of all engineering operations at the museum.

Requirements

• Have 2 years of engineering experience in a Hospitality Environment and technical training in HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing.
• Indonesian Citizen
• Knowledge of relevant environmental and safety regulations, as well as familiarity with building codes and requirements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or a related major. (High school diploma, General Engineering Degree, and Diploma are welcome)
• Experience managing budgets and working within budgetary constraints.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing staff and providing technical expertise.
