Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Report on sales performance to Director
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage sales target
  • Train and develop sales team members
  • Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve success
Requirements


  • Able to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of the sales process
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferably have experience in food industry
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management (Area Sales Manager)
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in sales, business administration or a related field
