Michelin Star experienced French Chef de Cuisine - Jakarta, Indonesia

*Experience in Michelin Star Restaurant is mandatory, some knowledge of Asian cuisine is preferable*

A 5* luxury hotel in Jakarta seeks a Michelin Star experienced French Chef de Cuisine for their award-winning European/Pan Asian restaurant.

Plate presentation skills are very important, as this chef will be required to demonstrate their skills in plate presentation for VIP dinners, banquets and large buffet displays.

You must have extensive training and experience in either Michelin Star restaurants in France or have Culinary training in similar French Celebrity Chef restaurants.

Must have International experience, and Asia experience is preferred.

We seek someone who is very creative and will introduce new items on the menu. A French Chef who is well versed with the current market trends and someone who will create great experiences for their guests.

You must also be an excellent leader and trainer for your kitchen staff.

Salary and benefits will be paid as per the candidate's experience and current market price.
