Legal Supervisor (Cikarang) Jobs

This position is for one of our FMCG clients

Responsibilities

• Provide any other legal needs as requested by the management.
• Provide an accurate legal opinion, legal advice, summary, or a review of government regulations relating to any legal topics (corporate, labor, industrial, etc).
• Handle Shareholders' meetings, BOD meetings, and other corporate matters, including prep its resolution documents and liaising with the notary for notarial deeds.
• Draft, review, translate, finalize, and file agreements, contracts, and other legal documents
• Communicate with government officials and maintain good relations and compliance.
• Handle government reporting, such as LKPM and industrial reports on schedule.
• Arrange working licenses and working visas for expatriates and liaise with external agents.
• Communicate and negotiate with internal and external parties for finalizing contracts.
• Arrange and obtain licenses for corporate businesses, such as OSS and industrial licenses.

Qualifications

• Good in English, both oral and written.
• Having a professional advocate license from PERADI will beanadvantage.
• Have good knowledge of corporate law and labor law.
• Bachelor's Degree in Law major
• Have good legal analysis, critical thinking, and initiative.
• Having at least 1 year as Legal Supervisor or 3 years as Legal Officer, preferably from FMCG Industry
• Able to work in a team as well as individually, well-organized person, and good at time management.
• Experience in reviewing agreements, licenses,s and compliance also annual meetings.
