Job Description
We are looking for experienced personal for the position "Junior Sous Chef" in our new soon to be opened restaurant.
We are expecting personal with:
• 2+ years of experience as "Junior Sous Chef"
• a strong basis on Indonesian cuisine as well as sufficient knowledge of fusion style
• a good team player skill
• high creativity and adaptability
• keen eye for detail
• effective and efficient working attitude
• good and respectful leadership
The responsibilities of this position are as follow:
• Assuring flawless operation of the kitchen
• Assuring high product quality
• Assisting superior personal and management in menu creation and development
• Controlling and monitoring ingredients stock and quality
• Managing and training kitchen personals
• Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen as well as safety and hygiene standards
