Junior It Auditor Jobs

What You Will Do

Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of Junior IT Auditor. In general, you will assist the IT Audit Manager in conducting IT audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews and also responsible for valuating the effectiveness of IT controls and identifying potential areas of risk for the organization. • Conduct testing of IT controls to evaluate their effectiveness and identify potential weaknesses
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to IT audit and security
• Support the IT Audit Manager in other duties as assigned.
• Assist in the planning and execution of IT audits, including identifying areas of risk and developing audit programs
• Assist in the development and maintenance of IT policies and procedures
• Assist in the documentation of audit findings and recommendations for corrective action
• Participate in meetings with management to discuss audit findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with other departments within the organization to identify and mitigate IT risks

The Required Skills

In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional certifications such as CISA or CISSP are a plus.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as NIST, ISO, and PCI DSS
• 1-2 years of experience in IT audit, risk management, or compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong understanding of IT controls and their importance in maintaining a secure and compliant environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skill
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
