Job Description
  • Determine exposure to risk and provide recommendations/ develop remediation strategies
  • Having experience in making policies, SOPs, and work flow related to IT.
  • Able to identify the inefficiency or ineffectiveness of a process and be able to make recommendations for efficiency / effectiveness.
  • Understand the business process and work flow of various systems, applications / software, and other recent IT trends.
  • Evaluate current IT design and operational effectiveness (infrastructure and application) and clearly define findings, root causes and recommendations
  • Responsible for auditing all processes related to Commercial, IT or Technology at GGF Companies and able to provide recommendations for its in terms of IT improvement that supports the achievement of GGF Company Objectives, Business Effectiveness and Company Profitability
  • Liaise with respective departments to ensure recommendations related with program/ applications used
  • Understanding Industry 4.0 and having experience in automation trends, processing and analyzing big data to then be used as a basis for Management decisions.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Flexibility in thinking and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic with excellent interpersonal & leadership skills, able to influence people of all levels.
  • At least 5 years working experience preferably with retail related or consumer goods company, experience in Financial Management, Business process design & improvement with IT Application experience such as SAP etc.
  • In depth understanding of Information Technology / Computer Information Systems or related function processes.
  • Self motivated leader, able to work independently in large teams, provide support in cross functional work groups.
  • Credible commercial and business awareness with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to review and identify issues and opportunities in business processes.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and operations, particularly FMCG.
  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology / Computer Information Systems who have an experience in auditing a commercial and IT process.
