Job Description

As a Junior Compensation & Benefit Officer your job is handling all Bliblioneers medical claim and the other administrative tasks related to medical claim reimbursement process based on company’s regulation. Also you have the responsibility to work well with some insurance institute or hospitals regarding employee’s health facilities.


Qualification:

  • Having knowledge and experience in disease diagnosis for 1 year or more
  • High integrity
  • Deep knowledge about medicine and any health related issue, supported with related experience in Pharmacy/ Hospital/ Health Insurance for 1 year or more is required
  • Min. Diploma degree in Pharmacy or Hospital Administration
  • Strong administrative skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Able to communicate well, strong in negotiation skill, also good in maintaining communication and relationship
