Job Description

INTIKOM is hiring for IT Technical Support


Full WFO

Placement in Jakarta


The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating IT projects across our organization. In order to do this successfully, this person should feel comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time.


Qualifications :


Age Maximum 30 years old.

  • Familiarity with database using Postgre, MySQL and SQL Server
  • Problem solving skills
  • Using RHELL Linux
  • Bachelor Degree in IT / Technology / Science.
  • Hands-on experience with Server, Network and Applications
  • Good communication skill, team work and hard working person.
  • Willing to work at Jabodetabek and Bali and at Banking or Finance Institution.
  • Excellent knowledge of data backup and recovery,
  • Minimum experience of 1 years work as IT Technical Support
  • Familiar with basic network (Cisco, LAN & Network Topology)


Responsibilities :


  • Perform manage, maintain, and repair IT systems.
  • Having experience in Installation, Troubleshooting and Daily Support for Microsoft Operation System , Microsoft Office and Application Antivirus Technology.
  • Manage improvement in IT Infrastructure Operation.
